Sometimes well meaning people feel that they are doing the right thing when its really causing a problemfor every one else on the block. If the cats are using your yard for toilette, installing a scarecrow motion sprinkler may get them to choose some where else. Trapping cats is also an effective way to reduce population/ control stray cats.
